Work for us
St Martin’s Primary School is a Church of England School and part of the LDBS Frays Academy Trust. St Martin’s Primary School is committed to delivering excellent primary education for children in West Drayton. We opened in brand new buildings in 2015, the newest school in the Frays Academy Trust, part of a family of seven schools in the Hillingdon area. We are now in our sixth year of operation with pupils in Nursery to Year 6. The school achieved a ‘good’ Ofsted inspection in June 2018 and earlier in March 2018 also received a ‘Good’ in the SIAMS inspection.
What the Trust can offer
Frays Academy Trust is able to provide a high level of support and training for all staff working in the four schools and is totally committed to providing excellent career development. The Trust has a strong track record of working with staff at all levels to develop exceptional skills and practices. Our continuing professional development (CPD) package encourages staff to extend their skills and accelerate their career. A number of the current senior leadership team were appointed as NQTs within the last ten years. If you are career minded, aspirational, child-centred and willing to work hard we are willing to offer:
- A wide range of local CPD within the school, focused to the needs of the staff member;
